mm. Possible Causes:

    i. Fist time cutting

    ii. Poor Quality Tile

    iii. Blade need dressing

    iv. Blade lost Tension

    v. Rolling Table Not parallel with track

vi. Blade Not perpendicular with rolling table

nn.Ask if this is the first time the customer is cutting with the blade

    i. When cutting with a NEW blade, 10 or more cuts through a standard medium hard ceramic scrap material is                    required to open the diamond matrix. The blade cuts better the more it is used.

oo. Ask what type of tile is being cut and if the color is the same all the way thru the tile

pp.Verify the Blade has been dressed.

qq. Verify the sliding table is parallel with the left support rail

    i. Lock the rolling table and check the gap between the left support rail and the sliding table edge.

ii. A quick and easy way is to insert a framing square into the gap.

rr. Verify the Blade is square with the Rolling table

    i. Lock the rolling table and place a square against the blade and the rolling table fence
