My iQTS244, iQ360X, iQ360XR, iQMS362 vacuum is not running

v. For the iQ360X, the relay at the back of the panel may have failed.

    i. Due to parts availability, IQ would recommend a conversion.

w. vacuum brushes iQTS244/iQMS362 may need replacing

    i. , We will need to know which vacuum model the customer has. The TS244 Early version Vacuum has a port to                 easily access the brushes. The iQMS362 and New Version Vacuum DO NOT

    ii. Verify the customers vacuum.

x. For the iQTS244/iQ360XR/iQMS362, power to the vacuum is distributed by the PCB (Circuit Board).

    i. For the iQTS244 and the iQMS362 verify the vacuum is operational by plugging the vacuum directly to an outlet.

        1. If the vacuum operates, the PCB (Circuit Board) may have failed.

        2. If the vacuum does not operate then the vacuum assembly has failed.

y. Replace the vacuum if it does not run when plugged directly into a wall outlet and brushes are in good condition.

    i. The NEW version of the vacuum for both the TS244 and MS362 will need a 3-2 prong ground adapter.
